Cash for Clothes

cash for clothes

There are so many children in this world who are trying to survive, grow, and thrive without the simple basics of life. You now have a chance to help a group help the children. Cash for Clothes is an organization reaching out to the public for anything they can no longer fit or use. They are actually willing to pay per kilo for your unwanted clothes, toys, belts, bags, and shoes. They will also pay for CD’s, DVDs, mobile phones, or books.

You can be paid 40 to 50 pence per kg depending on whether they pick up your collection of things. Cash for Clothes is not accepting bedding, carpeting or mats, dirty or wet clothing. Just take a moment to wash the clothing, or hand/cloth clean your stuffed toys, wipe off as much as possible before you take your belongings to them. They are really willing to work with you as far as pickup times and places.

They will coordinate the specifics directly with you. Their recycling plant is located in Blackwood, South Wales. You are able to drop off your items at this facility where they will weigh your donation and pay you for them.

Need a great fund raiser, how about letting students go through their closets for the things they can’t wear? They can do this over a period of time and use the funds to offset the cost of a field trip or some other endeavor. They will even come to the school to pick up on a scheduled basis. This is a good way for them to learn that the things they no longer want or are able to wear don’t need to be thrown away. They can be given to children who have never had such things. Cash for Clothes will also pick up in Bristol, Bath, Valleys, Cheltenham and Gloucester if you have 10 bags worth of items or more for recycling.

Your belongings can help clothe orphans, people in third world countries, and those in hospitals. A lot of charities and others are beneficiaries of your kindness and generosity.

This organization will be stretching their wings into the communities of Hereford, Worcester, Wiltshire, Swindon, Swansea, Cardiff, and Newport. Join in the efforts to help the helpless, take some of the burden off of the planet, and clear the unwanted clutter from your own environment. Clean up and help, it’s really just that simple!
